i was trying to follow what happens when my ISP is down , i enable debug isakmp ans ipsec. when i type debug crypto isakmp 127 I get in figure 1 we have the sample configuration of bfd-liveness detection application with dual isp scenario. we want to test the dual isp failover.

In order to accomplish this, I had to set up a back-up VPN and multiple SLA's: One for my internet ISP at site 1, another for my VPN ISP (icmp to site 2) at site 1, and yet another for the VPN connection at site 2. Site B: One Cisco 1921 WAN port (192.168.2.2) connected to the ISP router (192.168.2.66), both the Cisco 1921 and the ISP's router are doing NAT Overload. From the above topology it is clear that I do not have control over the ISP router to do port forwarding. How can I successfully configure a Site-to-Site IPSec tunnel between the two routers?
